What is Storage2GO service?

Storage2GO service is a storage box rental service or personal storage boxes which the customers can order the box via our website,and then our staff will deliver the box to customers at home. The customer can pack their item into the box after that our staff deliver will collect the box to keep in our storage room safely. Our storage contains good quality of security system and temperature control for 24 hours. In case if you want your box back in order to put more items by contacting our staff to receive your requests after that our staff will deliver the box back to the customer on the desired date and time.

How does Storage2GO work?

Our on demand storage services provide you with boxes, packing supplies, pick-ups at your convenience, and drop offs of your items at the touch of a button! We simplify the whole storage process. You never have to visit a storage facility again!

How can I track the status of my boxes?

To access your inventory, click on the Log in link in the menu bar. You can access your box easily by just log in to your account, and choose the tabs on top of the menu

Can I change the date, time, and location of receiving/sending the boxes?

Yes, you can change the date, time and place of receiving/sending the boxes by notifying our staff via phone number 02-7104088 ext. 4122 or contact via email: storage2go@jwdstoreit.co.th.

Ps. You must notify our staff at least 24 hours in advance before the appointment. If the request not made between 24 hours, the customer will be considered as a breach of the contract under the agreement then we have the right to adjust any service fees that will be made due to the customer not notify us. The customer needs to make a new appointment and pay service fees according to company conditions.

How long it will take to me to pack the items into the boxes after I receive the box?

You can choose the date and time to pick up the box by yourself after you have finished packing or you can choose the options that our staff will wait for 20 minutes to receive the box back and collect the box to store.

Do you provide packing supplies?

Yes, you can order packing supplies at the same time you create an order for some boxes.

How quickly can I have access to my items in storage?

Normal delivery times are between 24-48 hours from time of request.

How will I know if my belongings are secure?

What kind of prohibited stuff that cannot keep?

How do I know how many boxes I need?

We have a box size is 52 x 32 x 36 cm. We also provide samples on our website. If you want additional boxes, you can contact us or order the box via our online website. We will deliver empty boxes for storing your belongings and it can be done easily by ordering the box on your desired. For deliver boxes process will not charge any additional costs.

Where are my belongings stored?

We store all the boxes in our secure storage. with a high quality of fire protection system, climate control, and 24-hour security system.

Are there weight limits of packaging in the box?

Yes, The boxes cannot exceed 20 kilograms per box.

Do you have insurance guarantee in our boxes?

We provide insurance coverage in every box for our customers.

Deliveries & Collections

How do I make an appointment date and return date for my boxes?

Simple. Just log in to your account and select the items you need in the Items in storage' section and click on 'schedule delivery.

What is your coverage area?

We deliver delivery service for our boxes in Bangkok area.

Can we delivered the boxes to a different address?

Absolutely. the customer must inform our staff at least 24 hours before the delivery of the box. After the delivery of the box to the customer, the customer must inspect the code number of the box that corresponds to the deposit box in the beginning.

What happens if I cancel or change a collection or delivery or if I am not available to receive it?

If you reschedule or cancel a collection or delivery you have to pay 300 baht and the next box for 50 baht (in case of renting for many boxes)

Monday Friday 08:30 am. - 5:30 pm.

Saturday 09:00 am. - 5:00 pm.

What date and time can I choose to received a box?

Monday-Saturday 09:00 - 18.00 hrs.

Fees and Billing

What are your pickup and delivery fees?

Free! service fees for delivering and receiving boxes. In case of the box is call back due to customers need to contain more items, there will be a service fee in the first box for 200 baht and the next box will be a service charge for 50 baht/box. (in case of renting for many boxes)

If I want to cancel the contract before the due date, do I have to pay for the entire month?

The company's policy has a minimum rental policy of 3 months. If you want to cancel the contract before the due date, you must pay the fees according to the contract period.

What happens to my belongings if I am late making a payment?

If you delay the payment after the contract expiration date, you must pay a late payment fee of 200 baht for every 15 days after the payment is the due date.

What are the minimum duration for the rental of storage boxes?

We only require our customers to store at least 3 month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as payment. You have to enter your credit card information in order to order the box and your account will be automatically debited.

How do I update my billing or contact information?

Your billing and account information can be updated through your account by logging in to your account.

What happens if I change my mind and send back all my boxes empty without storing anything?

In the case that you do not have any full boxes or items to store with us, we'll have to charge you 300 for cancel the boxes and the next box of 50 baht / box (in case of renting for many boxes).

How much do your boxes cost?

We will charge a storage box rental fee according to the agreement.
